Laurel Shores, LLC
Investing in and operating exceptional businesses in the greater Knoxville area—honoring what has been built and leading the next chapter of growth.
Why Laurel Shores?
Great businesses take a lifetime to build and deserve a thoughtful transition to the next chapter. Laurel Shores is not a traditional private equity fund assembling a broad portfolio, nor a competitor seeking to absorb an established brand. We evaluate each opportunity independently and assemble transaction-specific capital with aligned partners, allowing Paul to focus on the long-term stewardship of one business, its employees, customers, and community.
Paul intends to join the acquired company full time, learn alongside its team, and assume responsibility for its future.
The search is deliberately close to Maryville so leadership can be present, accountable, and deeply involved every day.
The goal is responsible growth while preserving the people, culture, capabilities, and relationships that made the company successful.
